Join Chef David Stein for an emulsion based cooking class!
In this class you will learn to make Mayonnaise and other variations (Aioli, Gribiche and Caesar dressing), emulsified salad dressings (raspberry Balsamic and Creamy Italian) and Hollandaise variations (Béarnaise, Choron).
David is a career chef with decades ofexperience in everything from fine dining to food trucks. He was saucierfor the Parker House Hotel, Executive Chef for the Harborview Dining Room atthe Boston Federal Reserve Bank, Executive Chef for Suffolk Law School, andChef/Proprietor of Brother Trucker Commissary and the Go Fish truck.
