Ikebana Meditation & Tea Tasting

Guests will engage in a conversation about mindfulness meditation and the science behind moving meditations through kinesthetic and tactile practices. We will then set an intention through a guided meditation activating our breath and engaging our senses. We will carry this intention into our ikebana practice.

Guests will select blooms from our curated flower bar and take part in a beginner-friendly ikebana (Japanese floral arrangement) class. All tools will be provided + the option to purchase our ikebana tools. Throughout the experience, guests will enjoy fresh complimentary teas by @bloomteacompany. At the end of the event, guests will receive a bouquet take-home bag to preserve and enjoy their floral creations.

A follow-up questionnaire will be shared, offering guests the opportunity to participate in Moai Wellness Club’s ongoing study on positive psychology, human motivation, and the impact of mindfulness practices.
