A bamboo mat, flowers, plant materials, gourds, fruits, vegetables, etc. will be provided with a separate $13.00 material fee, which will be paid in cash directly to the instructor in class
Have some fun with Ikebana and make a unique holiday table arrangement. Irene will teach a traditional Japanese Ikebana Morimono workshop. Morimono is the use of fruits and vegetables in a Japanese flower arrangement, which is suitable for a Thanksgiving or other holiday table setting. Ikebana is a national Japanese treasure, which is over 500 years old and still enjoyed by people all over the world. All materials will be supplied with a separate fee.
Please bring branch cutters and/or garden clippers.
Irene Gomulka has given numerous, demonstrations and taught Ikebana classes at Leu Gardens, Mennello Museum, Garden Clubs and other organizations, Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival and teaches ongoing private workshops. Irene is a licensed instructor in the Sogetsu School of Ikebana. She is the current vice-president of the Ikebana International Chapter in Orlando and the Chairperson of the Sogetsu Orlando Study Group.

Registration includes admission to the beautiful gardens before class
Participants must withdraw from classes at least five days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit.
Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
