Iingoma Zomngqungqo on a road with Yakha Mlali is a sacred gift of music to the African people. Taking himself as a healer of souls and serving a spiritual awakening of body, mind, and soul, Yakha explores how being black is a gift and acknowledging your ancestors is imperative. He approaches improvisations and music composition as a way to communicate with the unseen, the ones that have given him the gift and a message to Humankind. The story takes place in the rural areas as a ceremony to enlighten people about the new journey of (intlabi yekhaya) and a King of the family.The musical "Song & Dance" play by Yakha Mlali, with a cast of singers, dancers, drummers and players is a traditional celebration of South African and IsiXhosa tribal song and dance. It premiered on the National Arts Festival in 2023,
