Price is R380 per person paid to book your spot please. (+R50 for whole loaf to take home). We will learn about sourdough starters, how to maintain them, see EVERY STAGE of the sourdough bread making process (2+ days worth), learn about and practice bread shaping of bread for free form baking, learn about scoring and practice, learn about the different flours, gut health and more. We will work together, then afterwards each person gets to taste a fresh sourdough, an older sourdough, all get some starter to take home, then IF THEY ORDER and PAY they take a whole loaf home with them as well. R50 per loaf.
