This bold transformation turns a traditional office into a moody, brand-driven space featuring a dramatic four-story indoor waterfall and lush greenery throughout. Every area—from workstations to break rooms—is uniquely designed to energize and inspire.
Over 97% of the furniture is brand new, with many pieces custom-designed. We partnered with Barson Procurement for FF&E, Talimar for desks and chairs, and Heartland Interior Design LLC for the overall vision from Omaha, Nebraska. Ware Malcomb served as Architect of Record.
