Siedem dni warsztatów, spotkań mistrzów, wspólnego grania i rozmów o tradycji dudziarskiej Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. II Konwent Dudziarski w Domachowie to wydarzenie skierowane do muzyków, budowniczych dud, badaczy oraz wszystkich zainteresowanych żywą kulturą tradycyjną. Nie jest to festiwal ani seria warsztatów, ale miejsce spotkania różnych środowisk dudziarskich.
W programie znajdą się warsztaty gry, laboratoria budowy dud i stroików, prezentacje regionalnych tradycji dudziarskich, konsultacje instrumentalne, koncerty, potańcówki oraz I Ogólnopolska Konferencja Dudziarska poświęcona dudom.
Tegoroczna edycja realizowana będzie równolegle z Taborem Wielkopolskim na Biskupiźnie – regionie będącym jednym z ważniejszych historycznych ośrodków dudziarskich w Polsce.
Wydarzenie pod patronatem Polskiego Seminarium Etnomuzykologicznego.

Seven days of workshops, meetings with master musicians, shared music-making and discussions about the bagpipe traditions of Central and Eastern Europe. The 2nd Bagpipe Convention in Domachowo is an event dedicated to musicians, bagpipe makers, researchers and everyone interested in living traditional culture. It is not a festival or a series of workshops, but a meeting place for different bagpipe communities.
The program will include playing workshops, bagpipe and reed-making laboratories, presentations of regional bagpipe traditions, instrument consultations, concerts, dance nights, and the 1st National Bagpipe Conference dedicated to bagpipes.
This year’s edition will be organized alongside the Wielkopolska Summer School of Traditional Music (Tabor Wielkopolski), in the Biskupizna region – one of the most important historical centers of bagpipe traditions in Poland.
