Trial Entry fees for Handlers w/dogs: IGP I, II, III, IFH1, or IFH 2: $100.00; IFH3 $125
BH-VT: $75.00; TRACKING I, II, III; OBEDIENCE I, II, III; or Protection I ,II, III,: $60.00 (Combination of 2 of these $100). Others: Please ask.
We will be posting another form soon; you can use this if you are wanting to mail in your entry and fees now.

Click on Form link. Then click on "open in different viewer", close browser, fill in on line, save, print and sign). We must have your entry forms, Entry Fees, and copies of your member card and like score-book which shows details on the dog and details on previous trials entered w/ scores and titles earned, by the deadline. Note: If you have a titled dog from a country that uses another method than a scorebook, i.e. back of a pedigree, to document titles earned, submit copy.

Late fee add $25.00 firm! No late entries accepted after noon on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025 and only if space is available.

To join DVG, contact a DVG club. All DVG members must have a DVG Scorebook for the dog they are entering..
All your dog's scorebooks must be submitted for each trial you enter.
~Gates open at 9AM. Follow instructions from Gate Person / Parking attendant.
Trial Spectator Donation: $5.00 ($10.00 Per Family), to keep costs down for entrants. Spectators will enjoy watching the dogs work! Thanks for your support of the Dog/Handler Teams!

-TRACKING on grass, limited access, so please contact us for carpooling details.
-Refreshments items available on trial day in the upper club house & at the trial field spectator area.
-First time written BH Test in upper club house just prior to Obedience ~ 10AM depending on tracking entries.
Judge's meeting w/ entrants just prior to start of obedience in the upper clubhouse.
-Obedience start time depends on tracking entries, ~10:15 AM, followed by Lunch, Traffic test, Random area search, & C-work.
--PLEASE DRESS FOR THE WEATHER.
--Bring your own Chair & plan to be in your seats prior to start of Trial exercises.
-A wide variety of Soft & Hot Drinks, and Snacks available in Spectator area at a minimum donation.
- Lunch available for $10 donation as a fundraiser for the club.
-NO DOGS OTHER THAN THOSE PARTICIPATING IN TRIAL ALLOWED DURING TRIAL EXERCISES.
-EVERYONE IS TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR OWN DOGS.
-All Handlers and Spectators are expected to behave in a quiet, courteous and Sportsman-like manner.
-Please do not clap or cheer until each performance is complete. (This gives each team a fair chance to succeed.)
-Saturday Evening Judge's Dinner TBA. Please RSVP if you will attend for a head count. All entrants are expected to wait for paperwork processing, awards ceremony, and judges dinner, displaying Sportsmanship.
-Visitation by prospective non-member entrants available for $20/dog visitation donation/day two visits grata with paid entry.
