About this Event

Igniting Inclusion in Teams

Inclusive leadership is not an inherent trait that some leaders and have and others don’t. Instead, leading with inclusion is a skillset that can be learned and practiced. Through planned focus on inclusive practices, and better communication tools, you can ignite a culture of inclusivity within your team. Research tells us that teams who feel included are highly likely to experience fairness, respect, psychological safety and belonging. Which can significantly improve team performance, decision making quality and team collaboration. So, your people can bring their best strengths to the organisation's most important goals. Join in for an interactive workshop to learn and practice what it takes to be an inclusive leader. You will learn through the Leading with Inclusion framework and a self-assessment based. Without inclusion, teams can languish and waste their unique strengths in trying too hard to fit in. Instead, you could be the catalyst that sparks inclusion and belonging at work, instils pride and ownership and a sense of direction in a diverse workplace.
