'Ignite Your Intuition' Gong bath
Intuition is our inner compass, guiding us through life's uncertainties with insights that go beyond logic or reasoning. Through the immersive experience of a gong bath, we can quiet the noise of daily life and connect more deeply with this inner voice. The sound vibrations help us access a profound wisdom that aligns with our true self and purpose. When we tune in and trust our intuition, we make decisions that feel authentic, navigate challenges with greater ease, and cultivate a sense of flow and trust in the path ahead. The intention behind this months session is to tap into that inner voice and honour what it is telling us.
As well as focussing on our intuition we will be simultaneously rewarding the mind, body and soul with a relaxing, rejuvenating and transformative session, releasing tension and promoting a sense of calm and well-being. I have been playing this incredible instrument for over 12 years and it never ceases to amaze me.

You will be able to access the centre from 6.20 for a prompt 6.30 start. Please arrive on time as latecomers will may be permitted once the sound healing has started.
WHAT TO BRING
A thick yoga mat or single camping roll mat, eye mask, water flask and warm clothes and a warm blanket. A small pillow or cushion to support your head/knees is optional but recommended.
Toilets and plenty of free parking available. There are no refunds unless the event is cancelled by Little Karuna Healing and you will be refunded the event fee (not the Eventbrite fee). If you would like to book directly, please email [email protected]
