About this Event
People who sleep rough, because of their lack of secure accommodation and often co-existing health issues or other vulnerabilities, represent one of the most disadvantaged groups in society.
With around 2 deaths per day, rough sleeping is rising and the risks increasing.
Many people on the streets have trauma and have experienced loss, and abuse and often find street living more bearable than what we see as the 'norm'. Everyone can heal and everyone can and should have a life that enables them to flourish.
We need you to help us continue to offer support to those who need it most.
If you are a business or individual we would love you to be part of our Sleep Out team. Businesses only need to purchase one ticket and we will be in touch regarding how many people will be taking part.
Under 16's are welcome, as long as they are with an adult.
The event will take place at Guildford College and car parking is available.
Bring your sleeping bag, and cardboard, wrap up and be part of changing the lives of those in poverty.
All you need to do is book your place and we will send you the fundraising pack and all the details you will need for the night.
Whilst it will be cold, it will also be fun!!
