Led by Gwyn Davis, this dynamic yet grounding practice weaves together flowing movement, gentle tapping, breathwork, and intentional awareness to support the Heart and its related meridians.
We’ll explore practices that:

✨ Circulate Heart Qi and improve emotional balance
✨ Release tension and stagnation through rhythmic movement
✨ Cultivate resilience, connection, and inner warmth
Through movements like “Coming Home to the Heart” and Lotus Flow, we soften into presence, awaken circulation, and create space for joy, compassion, and authentic expression 🌸

Sink into a deeply supportive soundscape with bowls, gongs, handpan, and other healing instruments, lovingly offered by Natalie McCalla 🎶
Sound vibration helps to calm the mind, regulate the heart, and gently dissolve energetic blockages — supporting deeper sleep, emotional clarity, and a sense of inner harmony.
This portion of the experience allows the body to integrate the movement practice, opening the “river” of energy flow and restoring ease, connection, and vitality 🌊✨
