The 5Rhythms® movement practice is meditation and medicine, healing the divide between body and spirit, between heart and mind. With no steps to learn, the practice itself is simple, and it has the power to catalyze deep healing and creative expression. All we need to do is show up, tune in and move what is alive in us.
Bettina is excited to return to Squamish to offer teachings of connection and embodiment in a new light filled venue.

Bettina Rothe is passionate about bringing community together to co-create sacred space in which she invites conscious embodiment and heart centred intimacy. As a somatic coach and licensed 5Rhythms® dance teacher, she draws from a variety of healing movement arts, psychology, meditation, and shamanic practices. Bettina loves creating immersive soundscapes as gateways into states of ecstasy. Her DJ sets are unapologetic, sensual, and fierce. She has been teaching internationally for over 20 years and has performed at Burning Man, Beloved, Bitf and many other festivals on the West Coast. She lives in Vancouver, BC.
