A Playful Way to Understand Your Inner World

"The New Self-Talk" is a fun and interactive workshop about Internal Family Systems (IFS). This is a way of looking at our minds as a "family" of different parts. Led by Jennifer, this session helps you understand these parts and learn how to lead them with confidence.

This workshop is part of a series:

Whether you are already in therapy or just curious about how your mind works, this workshop is for you. You do not need to be a therapy client to join.

The workshop takes place in a peaceful, nature-based setting. Being outdoors helps us tap into the collective calm of nature—a feeling of peace and clarity that helps everyone focus. During the session, you will:

• Learn the Basics: Enjoy interactive teaching and see how IFS works through live demonstrations.
• Practice Skills: Gain practical tools to help you become more self-aware and self-supporting.
• Choose Your Level: You are in charge of how much you share. You can take private notes, ask questions, or even volunteer for a demonstration.
• Take it Home: You will leave with specific exercises to try on your own.

• Flexible: Attend just one session or come to several as your schedule allows.
• Low Pressure: The time commitment is low, and the effort is moderate.
• Expert Guidance: Facilitated by a licensed therapist who helps keep the environment safe and supportive.
