Starting Sep 01 and running every Sunday 1:00pm - 2:00pm leading up to Comp Day - These FREE IFBB Posing Workshops will teach you how to present your physique on stage with techniques to ensure correct execution of compulsory poses, transitions and overall stage presence for all IFBB categories, as well as information on the required stage bikinis, shoes, trunks and gowns for your respective divisions.Find out the judging guidelines & criteria from IFBB WA Head Judges and Champion Bodybuilders.
Our IFBB Pros and Elite Athletes will be taking you through your IFBB compulsory poses & quarter turns for your respective categories, followed by a meet & greet where you can chat to them about their experiences in competing at IFBB State, National, and International Competitions.
