In-Person Event: If You Sold Your Business in 2026, What Would Buyers Really Pay?
Understanding SDE, Multiples, and Market Timing
If you sold your business this year, what would it actually be worth to a buyer? Many business owners assume their company's value is based on revenue or industry averages. In reality, buyers focus on a very specific set of financial metrics and risk factors when determining what they're willing to pay.
Join exit planning advisor Eric Togneri for this in-person educational session covering the key valuation drivers that influence how businesses are priced in today's market. Whether you're planning to sell soon or just want to understand how buyers evaluate companies, this session will give you a clear, practical understanding of what drives business value — and what could impact your eventual exit price.
