IESE 96 REUNION NIGHT

On May 30, we are organizing a night out for everybody who is coming to our 30th IESE reunion. We have arranged a complete night out at the amazing Hotel Anna steps from Passeig de Gràcia & Casa Batlló. In the comfortable setting of this hotel we can have a cocktail before the dinner, a quality private dinner and drinks at the rooftop afterwards. People from out of town can choose to stay at the hotel for their convenience.

PRE-DINNER AT ANNA’S ROOFTOP

Welcome drink from 20:00 on Anna’s Rooftop — great skyline views and (if we’re lucky) an amazing sunset. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll head straight to Vibra Restaurant.

DINNER AT VIBRA RESTAURANT

Hidden in the hotel’s basement and styled like a 1920s speakeasy. The restaurant will be exclusively reserved for us.

AFTER DINNER AT ANNA'S ROOFTOP

We can enjoy more time on the rooftop accompanied by a DJ playing the classics we all love.

WHAT`S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

The price includes the welcome drink, dinner, wine and beer during dinner, access to the rooftop and our private dining room. It also includes the Eventbrite payment processing fee.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?

Drinks at the rooftop bar after dinner. The regular price is €12, but for our group we’ll have drink tickets available at €10 each.

ROOMS

The hotel is usually quite busy around these dates. But they are holding a few rooms for us. This should be ideal for people who come with children and would like to have them close. If you’d like to stay at the hotel, please call the hotel directly to book (+34 603 352 698 / Giacomo Colibono). Our rate is €250 + VAT for a Superior Room, including breakfast.

DEADLINE FOR TICKET PURCHASE

Tickets for the dinner need to be purchased here on Eventbrite before March 22th. After this date you cannot join the dinner. This is determined by the hotel who needs to get paid. There will be NO exceptions. Also, tickets are not refundable, the hotel will be paid in advance and does not return money if you cannot make it.
