Solve a Real Problem. Build with AI. Pitch It Live. All in One Day.
Spend a day at IE doing what our students do every week: tackling messy challenges, building something real, and defending it in front of a tough room!
You will work in a team with people you have never met, on a problem that does not have a clean answer. IE faculty will guide you through four fast-paced sessions. By the end of the day, you will have framed the problem, built a prototype using generative AI, and pitched it to a panel.
10AM-11:10AM Session 1: Problem Discovery and Framing
Most teams waste time solving the wrong problem. Students will learn how top founders and consultants identify what actually matters and apply those frameworks in real time.
11:20AM-12:10PM Session 2: Ideation of Solutions and GenAI Prototyping
Using generative AI tools, students will go from rough ideas to working prototypes in under 90 minutes. This session emphasizes creativity, speed, experimentation, and modern problem-solving.
12:50PM-1:40PM Session 3: Conviction, Rhetoric, and Persuasion
Students will learn how to structure a compelling argument, communicate ideas clearly, answer difficult questions, and present with confidence.
2PM-3PM Session 4: Final Presentations
Teams will present their solutions to IE faculty and industry guests, defend their thinking, and receive live feedback in a collaborative and supportive environment.
