A discussion of the defining questions of our time, with Dr Christiana Zenner, Trinity Long Room Hub Visiting Research Fellow.
About this Event

Join us for an evening of conversation exploring some of the defining questions of our time, including climate change and ecological crisis; science, ethics, and public responsibility; technology and the human future; and faith and the environmental imagination. Refreshments will be served.

The event will see Dr Christiana Zenner, Trinity Long Room Hub Visiting Research Fellow, in conversation with Colin Murphy, Rooney Writer Fellow, and Patrick Geoghegan, Director of the Trinity Long Room Hub, for an informal discussion on the urgent challenges shaping our shared future, and the role of ethics, belief, and public imagination in responding to them.

The discussion will also mark the launch of Dr Zenner’s new book, Beyond Laudato Si’: Ecotheology, Equitable Futures, and the Papal Turn to the Earth.

All are welcome.

This event is run in accordance with Trinity’s Dignity and Respect policy and its commitment to nurturing a respectful and inclusive research culture.
