Learn how to use the Daily Office as a meaningful rhythm of personal prayer. This practical, hands-on class will introduce the structure of the Office, how to navigate the Book of Common Prayer, identify the liturgical day and appointed readings, and understand how the Psalter is used (30-day and seven-week cycles). Participants will also receive a simple guide for beginning a basic Daily Office practice with suggestions for deeper use. Please bring a Book of Common Prayer, Bible and something to write on.
