Everyone from the community is invited to join us for this historic day.ICNA Relief’s Social Health and Medical Services (SHAMS) Clinic is excited to announce the grand opening of our new location on 4075 Lancaster Ave. In January 2022 we officially opened our doors for patients in West Philadelphia. We strongly believe that this move will enable easier access to the uninsured and underserved population. At our new location, we hope to expand our clinic hours and launch additional programs.
At the SHAMS Clinic, we provide primary care and social services in a holistic manner to patients of different ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, races, and religions. All services are 100% FREE to the patient! Our doctors counsel patients on preventative care, chronic disease management, medications, and specialist referrals. Counseling includes, but is not limited to, individual counseling, community education, group counseling, and case management.
