For all my aspiring cookiers out there, Join me April 5 from 11-3 for this specialty cookie icing consistency class. This is an advanced class for someone who is really interested taking their decorating skills to the next level. The cookies will be baked ahead of time, so our focus is ALL ICING and decorating. We'll be making these designs start to finish and I will decorate with you! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Here's the class plan:
1. We will make and color icing together - breaking it down into
3 consistencies and 4 colors. You will learn project
organization
2. We will then decorating these designs utilizing advanced tools
such as a dehydrator and a projector to do a bit of writing at
the end!
I have been teaching this class for about a year now and EVERYONE who has taken it has said it really enhanced their decorating.
Class size is limited to 4 people. It's designed for VERY personalized instruction and feedback. This class will be taught in my home kitchen and is $100.
To take this class you must have taken one of my regular classes in the past. No exceptions
