We will discuss how ice cream is made, plus you will taste some ice cream in different stages of Research and development, allowing you to provide input on a possible new flavor coming this year.
Our resident ice cream expert, CEO, and co-owner, Tony Brusco, will be leading you through a blind taste test and sensory evaluation with a curated ice cream flight.
You’ll learn how recipes are created and how SMC develops their very own flavors. And of course, have the chance to try exclusive, experimental flavors!
