Cosmetologist & Barbers of Iowa, INC.(CBI) & Iowa Cosmetology Educators (ICE) are hosting a Celebrate Beauty in Iowa Spring 2026 with 4 hours of continuing education for cosmetology, barbers, esthetics, nail technology, and 2 hours of Iowa Law in Urbandale, Iowa.Sunday, March 15, 2026-Registration starting at 7:30AM includes lunch if you pre-register by March 1, 2026.
