Impacts of a Bullying & Harassment in a business and what to do differently,

Employers have an obligation to prevent inappropriate behaviour toward their staff. During this session we will talk through case study examples of bullying towards staff from 3 different levels – from a senior member of staff; a work colleague and a customer.
