This free workshop is an intro to a research study conducted by Rachel Stricker, ND, PhD Candidate, exploring how yoga, breathwork & meditation may support IBS/IBD symptoms. The research is intended for adults experiencing IBS/IBD symptoms who are looking for a different approach to gut health. The study includes a one-time in-person training and 12-16 weeks of virtually guided at-home practices. Lab testing and app tools cost approximately $200.
