This event is FREE to all fitness levels. Whether you live in the weight room, love the reformer, or are brand new to group fitness β this experience is designed to challenge you, energize you, and connect you.
What to Expect:
β’ 20-minute Pilates session led by IBP focused on core strength, stability, and control
β’ 20-minute functional strength workout led by FIT CULTR focused on power, athletic movement, and total-body conditioning
β’ A welcoming, high-energy atmosphere built around community!
This isnβt just a workout.
Itβs two studios coming together to prove that strength and mobility belong in the same room β and that fitness is better when we build it together.
