This year I reach two major milestones. 50 years on planet earth and 500 parkruns completed.I would love to celebrate this with everyone, but I’m not big into parties, so I would love everyone to join me at my 500th parkrun, which will be just a few days before my 50th birthday.
While these days you normally find us dashing round the UK to vist different parkruns, for this one I will be returning to where my parkrun journey began in November 2012 and I have ran over 200 times, Coventry parkrun!
So join me on the start line in Memorial Park, 9am on 27 June 2026, you can walk or run or just cheer us on, but everyone is welcome, and there will be sweets (Haribo included!), cake and breakfast afterwards in the Pavilion.
