IABC Gift of Communication Berlin

The IABC’s Gift of Communication program empowers professional communicators to give back locally, showing the true impact of effective communication on organisations and communities. It’s a unique chance to expand networks, hone skills, and gain valuable experience.

At IABC, we believe in demonstrating—not just promoting—the value of great communication. Through Gift of Communication, we’re fostering a ripple of generosity, making a real-world difference.

Senior practitioners will be paired with emerging professionals to consult to approved Zalando and other eligible non-profit organisations for a pro-bono consultation.

We’re delighted to partner with Zalando, Europe’s leading online multi-brand fashion destination, to bring this event to Berlin, in the heart of Europe.
Expect to put aside half a day to allow for:

• 8:30 am: registration and croissant (National Croissant Day)

• 9 am: an introduction with workshop guidelines 15 min

• Session 1 (full briefing, issues, channels, resources, timeline and scope) 45 min

• A networking break with catering provided at Zalando 20 min

• Session 2 follow-on (“strategic on a page” recommendations & next steps with an action plan) 1 hour and 30 minutes

• Coffee 10 min

• Summary learning with all participants to round out the experience 30 min

• 12:30 pm: Optional networking with catering provided.

  Our gift recipients (register via a separate form), IABC Members or Zalando employees receive complimentary tickets.

The IABC is a member-based organisation and all profits will go to our future events for the communication community in the region.
