Spring has a very different feeling to it once the light really starts returning.
Things are waking up again.
Not in a rush… but you can feel the shift.
Ideas start appearing. Energy changes. Sometimes there’s just a quiet sense that something new might want your attention.
Not everything needs to be fully formed yet.
This session is an invitation to explore that space, the place where something might be beginning.
Through guided breath, gentle music and moments of silence, we’ll create time to slow down and listen.
Not for the perfect answer, and not to force anything to happen, but simply to notice what might be emerging for you right now.
Sometimes beginning doesn’t look like a big decision or a bold step forward.
Sometimes it’s just the moment you allow yourself to be curious.
No experience with breathwork is needed. I’ll guide you through everything and you’re always free to work with your breath in a way that feels comfortable for you.
