Break the Barriers Performing Arts Department is proud to present our 2026 Spring Dance Production, I Wanna Dance With Somebody, on May 30, 2026, at the Wilson Theater-and we invite you to be part of this high-energy celebration of inclusion, movement, and community as an event sponsor.
For over 40 years, Break the Barriers has championed inclusive programming in the Central Valley and beyond. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we champion high-quality dance, gymnastics, swimming, archery, and adaptive sports-ensuring individuals of all abilities have access to opportunities that build skill, independence, and pride.
Our Performing Arts Department reflects this mission daily. Through inclusive instruction and meaningtul pertormance opportunities, dancers develop contidence, self-expression, and lasting friendships. For many, this production represents a milestone moment - proof that barriers can be broken and dreams realized.
I Wanna Dance With Somebody will transport audiences back to the spirit of the 1980's featuring classic hits, colorful costumes, dynamic choreography and performances.
