I SWEAR is a frank, funny and powerful new film inspired by the life and experiences of John Davidson, MBE, charting his journey from a misunderstood teenager in 1980’s Britain to present day advocate for the understanding and acceptance of Tourette Syndrome. John is played as an adult by Robert Aramayo, whose performance is “full of intelligence and charm” (Guardian) and by Scott Ellis Watson as a child, “terrific” (Observer). The cast also features Maxine Peake and Peter Mullan.
