Welcome to the I-Rest 6 Week Series! Every Monday at 5:15pm PST Nov. 11th- Dec. 16th. Recordings after sessions will be made available.
Unwind and de-stress from the comfort of your own home! Join us for this online event where you will learn various techniques to relax your mind and body while also learning how to heal PTSD, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, recovery of addiction and more. Join us for guided meditation and yoga nidra practices, that will help you discover a deeper sense of peace and well-being. This program is designed to build resiliency in your emotional and mental health and help you to get unstuck. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in meditation, this series is suitable for all levels. You will receive a packet that explains the practice in great detail as well as worksheets we will go through together to help you dive Into self inquiry and to give you a deep understanding of the practice of I-Rest.
