Join us for the I-F.I.T. HYROX Simulation, a structured practice event designed to help athletes experience HYROX-style racing in a supportive environment. Participants can choose between two divisions:

For athletes preparing for a HYROX race or seeking a higher-intensity challenge. Includes about half-distance running and weights closer to HYROX standards.

Ideal for beginners or those wanting a lighter, more accessible format. Features reduced weights, shorter runs, and modified stations.
