Welcome Family!
We look forward to sharing space through the "I Choose" Healing Circles.
Best suited for ages 18 and over.
**This is NOT Group Therapy, but will embody a therapeutic process of healing with many forms of healing tools. It is open for anyone to join and share in the space. Please be mindful of confidentiality of all personal sharing.**
This will be a SIX session series. They will occur weekly on Monday evenings starting May 1st, 2023.
While it is NOT mandatory to participate in each session, it is strongly encouraged as each session builds upon the other.

Each session is $25 to participate.
Please consider participating with space. You can use a Yoga Mat, Blanket, pillow or something to sit on to be comfortable because at times we may use movement. Please also consider having paper, colored markers/pens or pencils to draw, color or write with.
