My name is Karen Hong, and I’ve been trained in the I Am Yoga Nidra technique where we use the energy body to ride straight to bliss ; resting back with the Divine Creator.

If you are new to the practice, no experience is necessary. You will basically lay on a mat and get supremely comfortable. There is nothing to do, just rest and relax .
I will take you through a type of guided meditation. However, it is so much more than a meditation. It is a healing experience .

For example, 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to a 2 hour nap!
Just show up. You will be provided with a mat, blanket, bolster, and an eye mask if desired.

Yoga Nidra facilitator Karen Hong is new to Colorado. She moved her with husband Josh and 4 kids after living in Arizona for 22 years. She was born and raised in Northern California, specifically San Jose. Her spiritual journey and healing has transcended many, many, many lifetimes. It runs deep in her soul's imprint. In 2019, she graduated from a 200-hour yoga teacher training program in Hatha Yoga. From there, she went on to get certified in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga for Trauma Recovery. She is also certified in Holy Reiki Fire I and II, Access Consciousness B.A.R.S. and Happy Face energetic techniques. She loves to combine all the senses when facilitating energy healings.
