About this Event
I Am Kalli is a performance that explores family history, cultural identity, and generational memory through comedy, tragedy, dance, and live Pontian music by the renowned lyra player Kostas Siamidis. Performer Kalli Siamidou embodies her ancestors on stage — transforming into a version of herself from 200 years ago, blending traditional Pontian dance, European waltz, and salsa to tell a story of displacement, resilience, and belonging. This is a performance about where we come from, and what we carry when we leave.
