The Overwhelm Protocol class is an exercise with an oil application protocol. This exercise shows how to apply specific essential oils to energetic points on the body. The purpose of this protocol is to remove common emotional blockages.
This exercise addresses overwhelm, fears, self-esteem, clarity, and personal power. The class handout includes 2 pages that contain the location of application and the recommended oils to apply to the body. Further classes will have recommended blends with recipes to make rollerballs.
