I AM Enough; A Self-Worth Workshop for Girls

Empower your daughter to embrace her unique beauty, build confidence, and stand tall with a positive sense of self-worth! "I Am Enough: A Self-Worth Workshop for Girls" is designed specifically for young girls in 3rd-6th grade to help them navigate the challenges of self-esteem, overcome negative self-talk, and recognize their true beauty in today’s society.

In this engaging and uplifting workshop, girls will participate in fun and interactive activities like Painting with a Twist and affirmation-building exercises, all aimed at boosting their self-esteem. Through art, affirmations, and group activities, each girl will learn the importance of self-worth and how to demonstrate positive self-talk in everyday situations.

Let’s empower these young ladies to know they are more than enough and celebrate who they are, inside and out! This workshop will create a safe and supportive space where they can express themselves and build lifelong confidence.
