About this Event
A guided embodied session focused on grounding, internal sensing, and becoming aware of motion as it unfolds from the body's cues. Through a provided sequence of gentle somatic movement, free-form and expressive movement options, and rhythmic exploration, participants are invited to notice how attention, sensation, and movement relate to one another. The session supports nervous system regulation, personal agency in movement choices, and a deepened sense of trust in the body’s own capacities.
The experience begins with grounding and mindful presence, then opens into themed, self-directed movement pathways that allow each participant to move in ways that feel responsive and true in the moment. The session closes with reflection in circle, supporting real world re-integration and present awareness.
Participants often notice a steadier sense of grounding, clearer awareness of posture and movement habits, and growing confidence listening to internal cues to ease physical strain or stress when it happens in daily life.
