🌸Andrea will guide us in a yoga sequence to open our hearts and embody our affirmations. May the embodiment of your yoga practice shine through all you think, say & do.
🌸Casey is a musician who believes in the power of music, dance and community. Music is the place where he feels most at home. His hope is that in holding this space you will be able to feel the same.
