Yasmien manages TD's global design and experience strategy in physical environments across TD’s real estate portfolio. She is a thought-provoking authority on dynamic strategies, and a passionate advocate for DEI — centering equity and inclusion in her work to drive performance, presence, productivity and belonging. External to TD, she chairs JennAir’s Disrupting Design advisory board, focused on creating access and opportunities for Black, Indigenous and racialized talent. Yasmien was recently named one of Canada's top 100 most powerful women by WXN (Women's Executive Network).
