Join HYROX613Community and The Hybrid Training Pop-Up for a high-energy hyrox workout session designed to build endurance and strength for your upcoming hyrox competition.
This session will give you a first look at the new Hyrbid Training Pop-Up training space located at 1891 Robertson Road, an open-gym style setup fully equipped with hybrid training equipment, created to simulate your next Hyrox competition.
The workout blends functional strength, running, and conditioning in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether you have an upcoming hyrox competition or just curious about hyrox, all are welcome. Expect great energy, expert coaching, and an incredible community vibe.
Good to Know: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, get settled, and warm up. Bring a water bottle, indoor shoes, and come ready to work and have fun.
