About this Event

Get ready for an exciting, high-energy HYROX-style fitness challenge designed just for kids and teens!

HYROX Youngstars at MRT Optimal Fitness gives young athletes ages 8–15 the chance to run, push, pull, jump, and carry through a fun, structured course — with all distances and weights scaled by age group.

🧒 Age Divisions

Athletes compete in age-appropriate divisions:

🟣 Ages 8–9
🟢 Ages 10–11
🟠 Ages 12–13
🔵 Ages 14–15

Each division has scaled distances & loads to ensure a fun and confidence-building experience.

⏱️ Wave Start Format

• Athletes start every 10 minutes
• Mixed-age waves for smooth event flow
• One athlete per age group per wave
• Color-coded wristbands & equipment
