This in-person event features all the standard Hyrox workout stations you know and love — sled push, sled pull, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, rowing, skiing, farmer’s carries, and lunges — but with one exciting twist: no running. It’s all about raw power, endurance, and execution.

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or taking on your first functional fitness challenge, Hyrox Strong delivers the perfect blend of competition and camaraderie in an electric, community-driven atmosphere.

💥 Divisions include:

• Individual & Doubles categories for men and women (mixed doubles included)
• Singles PRO Divisions, Men and Women
• NEW “YoungStars” Division – for athletes aged 8–15, designed to introduce youth competitors to hybrid racing in a fun, supportive environment
• NEW "Team" Division (invite only) - Teams of 4 athletes representing their training facility will be racing for the charity of their choice
