Preparing for the HYROX Dallas event on November 21–23? Want to test your engine, sharpen your pacing, and experience the full race flow before the big day?
Join us at MRT Optimal Fitness on Friday, August 30 for a FULL HYROX SIMULATION — one of the most accurate and supportive practice events in the Houston area.
🏁 WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX is the ultimate test of strength, endurance, and mental grit. Athletes complete eight functional fitness stations, each preceded by a 1km run. Here's the format:

2️⃣ 50m Sled Push
3️⃣ 50m Sled Pull
4️⃣ 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
5️⃣ 1000m RowErg
6️⃣ 200m Farmers Carry
7️⃣ 100m Walking Lunges
8️⃣ 100 Wall Balls

💪 WHAT TO EXPECT
Full Simulation: Experience the entire HYROX format from start to finish — solo or with a teammate.
Supportive Environment: HYROX Ambassadors and MRT Coaches will guide you through stations, offering pacing tips and movement coaching.
Self-Timed: Track your own time via watch or phone — this is all about preparation, not podiums.
BYO Warm-Up: Arrive early to get warmed up and ready to race.
🔁 DIVISIONS & WAVE TIMES
Individuals, Doubles and Relay divisions will be mixed through the entirety of the event, from 6am-10am. This is different than previous times. You can expect a very smooth transition and flow no matter your division.
Wave signup and division confirmation will be sent out ~10 days prior to the event.
