HYROX Simulation
A race-style challenge designed to replicate the demands of a HYROX event, combining strength, endurance and functional fitness in a structured format.
How It Works
Athletes will move through a HYROX-style workout combining running, machines and functional stations, designed to reflect race conditions and pacing.
Coach-led, performance-focused and scalable for all abilities.
Compete solo or in doubles.
Take it on yourself or bring a partner.
⏱ No fixed start time.
All participants receive individual time slots in advance of the event.
