About this Event
With only 4 weeks until HYROX Miami, this is the perfect opportunity to see exactly where we stand. Singles, Doubles, and Mixed are welcome.
Event Format and Flow

This sequence gives a total of 8 km of running and 8 functional fitness stations. We will have heats running every 10 minutes. Please be prepared to start anytime between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm. We will be running both doubles and singles, as well as open and pro weights.
Heat times will be sent out Friday, March 6th at 5 pm.
NOTE: If competing in doubles/mixed, both parties must purchase a ticket. An additional email will be sent upon purchase to select the desired division.
