Therefore, the HYROX Doubles Simulation will not be identical to race day, there will not be podiums, but it will be a great opportunity to push yourself along with your partner and a few hundred like minded individuals!
There will be 3 classes to choose from: Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.
Some equipment/movements/weights will be slightly different than what’s used at a real HYROX event. Therefore please make sure to read the weights and expectations for each division, as they will fall somewhere between open and pro HYROX weights.
