The Black Goat HYROX Simulation Series is a three-event race series designed to replicate the intensity, structure, and grit of a HYROX-style competition—right here at Black Goat Fitness.
Whether you’re prepping for an official HYROX race or just want a challenge, this series delivers a true test of engine, strength, and mental toughness.
Race one... two—or take on all three and prove consistency, resilience, and grit. Each race stands alone, while together they create a full-season competitive experience.

Division standards will be published in advance so athletes can train with confidence
Race Format
Full HYROX-style simulation
8 running segments + 8 workout stations
Adaptive Division: 8 C2 bike segments + 8 workout stations
Wave starts every 30 minutes
Estimated total race time: up to 2 hours, depending on division and pacing
